A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of visiting Kitty Burns for the first brunch of my birthday weekend. It was freezing and pouring rain, but that didn't stop me. I mean, nothing stops me from getting food.

Long Story Short Cafe

A sunny Saturday morning in Melbourne calls for a brunch date at a new cafe. Today my cafe of choice was Long Story Short in Richmond, which has been on my "must visit" list since seeing videos of their hot chocolate spheres on Instagram.

South Melbourne Night Market

Once again I am late to jump on a bandwagon, but I finally got to visit the South Melbourne Night Markets, which are held every Thursday night until March 10th.

I arrived just after starting time only to realize that I had no cash on me and neither did my friend. Although most of the vendors accepted EFTPOS, a handful that caught our eye did not. After heading to the nearest Woolworths we walked back and began our eating trail.

Waffee (CBD)

Finally, another post that lives up to my blog name.

We were on the hunt for a snack one Friday afternoon and were lured in by the aroma of Waffee. As suggested by the name, Waffee specialises coffee and waffles. They also serve ice cream with their waffles, which of course makes me very happy because I love ice cream.

Frozen By a Thousand Blessings (Richmond)

If you know me, you'd know that my dessert obsession started a couple of years ago due to frozen yogurt. After the countless kilograms of frozen yogurt I've tried and tested, I think I'm on the border to becoming a froyo snob.
